Services and Processing                                         advanced recycling serves municipalities, manufacturers, small businesses and the public.  We provide recycling for ferrous and non-ferrous metals, cardboard and oil filters.  Our range of service includes: container service, construction and demolition disposal, CFC removal and clean-up & removal service.

Processing at advanced recycling includes the only enclosed, electrically operated shredder in Vermont, Massachusetts or New Hampshire.  Powered by a 2000HP motor, our shredder has the capacity to process thousands of tons of scrap a year while complying with the strictest of environmental standards.

Our baler is used to process non-ferrous metals such as aluminum extrusions, aluminum cans, and cardboard.

Previously operating an Ultra-Filtration system, we have now installed a state-of-the-art evaporation system that separates oil from water.  The water is evaporated and the oil recycled.  This unit works in conjunction with our specially designed containment building for the storage of oily material.

O & R Transportation, our transport company, operates a modern fleet of seven trucks.  Our transport fleet includes roll offs & trailers, flat beds and box trailers.  We have hundreds of containers from 10yd. to 60yd. capacity.  We are the only scrap yard in New Hampshire with direct rail access.  In addition, we supply in-plant containers and self dumping hoppers for some customers.
